Cheryl S. Lay-Davis

Cheryl S. Lay-Davis received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. She received her law degree from Texas Tech University Law School. Ms. Lay-Davis was both a vice president and past president of the Border Bankruptcy Bar. A member of the State Bar of Texas, she served in the prestigious position of Law Clerk to the Eighth Court of Appeals. She has been an officer and member in the El Paso Women's Bar Association. Ms. Lay-Davis is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, and is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Consumer Bankruptcy Law.
